Stephen Kiner is a Partner at Belmont Properties and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York and Arizona.  After graduating from Syracuse University with a degree in Business, Stephen returned to work for the family business and the company that eventually acquired it.   In 1998, Stephen relocated to Phoenix and began to develop commercial and residential real estate in Arizona, Indiana, Ohio and North Carolina.  In 2007, Stephen joined Belmont Properties and is responsible for its Development and Construction Divisions.
