Brian Kiner
Managing Partner

Brian is the Managing Partner of Belmont Properties, Inc, a private company that specializes in the acquisition, development, and management of distressed real estate. Headquartered in Rochester, NY, Belmont Properties currently owns and manages real estate throughout Monroe County.

After graduating from Cornell University with a B.S. in Business Management and Marketing, Brian was hired by M&T Bank in their Management Training Progam.  Upon completion of the 18 month program, Brian managed the small business lending and retail operations of a retail branch.

In 1994, Brian returned to Rochester to work for his family’s wholesale plumbing business.  Two years later the business was aquired by Ferguson Enterprises and Brian devoted himself full time to purchasing and renovating real estate.  In 2000, Brian further educated himself by completing the course work and field experience required for a license as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser.

Since 1996, Brian has purchased, renovated and sold hundreds of apartments, houses and condominiums throughout Monroe County..
 

Jackie Bernstein
Director of Sales and Leasing

A graduate of SUNY Fredonia, Jackie is responsible for the day to day operations of the company and oversees the rentals of all unfurnished and furnished apartments.
